1. What is Shop Save N Earn?

Shop Save n Earn is a new organization that is revolutionizing the way people perceive and conduct business. Particularly that of human service and sustainability practices in which businesses cannot avoid reinvesting in their communities and treat humans like cash machines that can continuously spend money wildly without any repercussions. Some of these repercussions we are seeing today with the layoffs, downgrades, and economic instability, which only can be adverted by rethinking how we do business and the implications of our current operational ways. For example Shop Save N Earn mixes business industries to better balance an unstable market namely the retail and human service industries.

Human service is a big part of consumer demand and economics as many who are suffering from recessive environments are less likely to purchase the same amount of goods as they did when they had steady employment. In fact, many people often reduce their spending just because of the economic pressure and the worries of financial insecurities. Shop Save N Earn comes at selling products to people in which we pay people to shop, donate 10% of our yearly profits to charities and human service projects as well as donating an additional 10% of our profits to our registered customer.

Shop Save N Earn is a hybrid organization that is a retail organization on the front-end and a human service program funder and creator on the back-end, which also pays out earnings for each order to its customers ranging from 1 to 50% of their orders in addition to the yearly share of the company profits. The Human services back-end is essential in its success as it is the people who buy our products, support our businesses, and who truly keeps the economy stable.

2. What about the future where do you see Shop Save N Earn in the next five years?

We are currently only a web-based store in which our goal is to operate for five years to retain enough financial stability to create our first store front that will have all the same earnings and savings as we do now, but more selection and bigger earning scales. Additionally, we will be creating savings cards that are also credit cards that earnings can be applied to and can be used at any ATM in the store and later on all ATMs nationwide. Now that is not the best part or the human service part, as we will extend a line of credit of $50 for every customer that will be repaid using their earnings. Now Personally, I remember many times needing diapers, milk, or even some gas to make it through the week and was not always successful in doing so, which makes the line of credit so essential in supporting our community. Poverty strikes us all and it is everyone's duty to help those in need, which is why we pay our customers to shop and why we extend the line of credit. I myself would rather lose money, than let a child go without a meal; a worker get fired over missing work, or let a child to go present-less on their birthday or special holiday's.

3. How does one receive their earnings?

We currently ship out a earnings in the form of a check that is separate from our products, which should reach the client within days before or after they receive the products. When we expand into a storefront we will begin to offer cash at the register or you can opt to apply it to your ATM and saver cards.

Now as for the yearly share of the organizations profits (10%) it will be split between each registered members of the store. We do require registration into our program to receive the yearly share because of informational services in which each year the percentage will be split between each member and sent to their account address in the form of a check. It is truly a win-win approach to business and really helps those who spend thousands a month with little to no relief in this very expensive and unstable economy.

4. How do you decide what programs to fund or create?

We at Shop Save N Earn will continuously run various specials, deals, and even campaigns that help out various local charities and non-profits, but we also seek out various organizations within the communities that our stores serve, which will only come later when we are more financially and able to expand into various department stores. Currently we will seek community involvement to decide on various charities and organizations to fund. However, we are currently planning to create one organization named Room to Grow in which we want to startup within the next five years. Unfortunately, there is not much that can be said about the organization as it is still in the planning phase, but look back to check out the updates on the organizational creation.
